The Birley Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Manager to join our committed pastoral team. This is a key role, central to supporting students in achieving their full potential by promoting a culture of high expectations, respect, and positive behaviour.

As Behaviour Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with students, staff, and families to support behavioural development
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff in managing behaviour effectively
  • Use data to identify trends and intervene early to support students

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Can build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Is calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • Brings energy, empathy, and commitment to inclusion

In return, The Birley Academy offers a supportive and ambitious environment where you can make a real impact. You’ll join a team that values professional development, collaboration, and student success.
